Shared or private Apartment
If you prefer having more freedom and privacy in comparison to a host family, you should opt for a private or shared apartment. This option allows you to buy local ingredients and prepare your meals in the kitchen. The apartments are at max. 20min walking distance from our language school. Bed sheets and towels are provided.
In a private apartment you will have complete privacy, since you do not share it with any unknown people. You can have a private apartment for yourself or up to 5 people. Like this, you can enjoy your vacation here in La Cala del Moral with your family. Depending on when you need the apartment, we can offer you apartments at different locations and with different characteristics. Tell us what you are looking for and we do the best to find a place to stay according to your needs.
In a shared apartment you will have a single room (if traveling alone) or double room (if traveling with your partner/friend) for your privacy. However, you share communal spaces such as kitchen, living room, balcony and bathroom with other students. In some apartments you might have a en-suite bathroom, but this cannot be guaranteed. On average, you share the apartment with 2-3 other people
Apartment stay prices
Reminder: Please take in mind that our partner school Escuela la playa doesn’t own any apartments. Escuela la playa acts as a intermediary between the owner and students. The photos are examples of apartments we have been renting, but the availability of one specific apartment can’t be guaranteed. We try to offer apartments from owners who we have known personally for many years, but in case of big demand this might not always be possible. We offer accommodation service as an extra service to our students, but since we are not a real estate agency, our choice of apartments is limited. This means that especially for spontaneous bookings in high season it might not be possible for Escuela la playa to fulfill the needs of all students. If you have concrete wishes concerning location and equipment, it might be easier for you to look for an apartment yourself. In this case we can give you tips on where to do so.
